My landscape drainpipes were clogged. Water was accumulating fast because of heavy rain. I needed help quickly. Other companies offered next day service. No good.Complete Confort sent Corey within a couple of hours. They texted me a photo of Corey with a brief bio. Great idea ! He was super professional in every way. Great attitude from beginning to end.I would recommend Corey and Complete Comfort to anyone who needs timely, professional assistance with their line of work.

Unbelievable customer service from both the management and Luis Dorado. He was prompt, pleasant, fix the problem immediately and explain to us what had happened to cause our air conditioner to stop working. He also explain how he was going to fix it and how long it would take. He finished it faster than he promised it was out the door with a smile on his face. Thank you for sending such a wonderful repair person to our home!

Mauricio did a fantastic job! He was very thorough with his diagnostics of the problem and swift repairs. He changed out all filters and was very cleanly in his work. He was timely, and all communication was clear. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning repair!

Had the most pleasant experience today. It’s August in Foothill Ranch,CA-and needless to say IT’S HOT! My ac shutoff last night unexpectedly and it was uncomfortable. I contacted Complete Comfort this morning and they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon. I received a text message as well as an email letting me know Mauricio (the tech) was on his way. Very professional and courteous. He replaced the thermostat and had the house cooling off nicely. Thank you so so much…it’ll be much more comfortable here tonight.

We received absolutely phenomenal service from Eric B. and Joe B. Their customer service skills are to be highly commended! They were friendly, kind, professional knowledgeable, respectful and very thorough! While performing the job they also ensured the place was always clean and well protected! Excellent team work! The service these guys provide is such a rarity. I have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies and this experience was one of the best so far. The consultation process was smooth and the installers were model employees. On top of all that their prices were amazing! I don't think you can beat this value.

Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.I can't say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Thanks a million!!

VERY professional...pleasant but no-nonsense. Pricing is fair. The equipment they installed is excellent. Excellent customer communication and service. The maintenance is easy to schedule, they are on-time and work quietly.

I was scrambling to find an AC repair tech with the heatwave starting and a 5 mos old in the house. I went through my home warranty and they couldnâ t find anyone so I was left to find someone on my own; thankfully I found Complete Comfort & Maintenance. They quickly understood the situation and had someone onsite in an hour!!! From the customer service to the completion of work, I couldnâ t be happier and they saved the day for sure. The technician, Eric, was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them on professionalism and courtesy alone. Itâ s a competitive business and thatâ s what separates them from the competition.
